Enjoy the golden sand dunes of Essaouira by this thrilling quad bike experience. Your tour will begin by crossing Oued Ksob river to the ruins of the Sultan’s Palace that accompany you to the wild beach. Following this you will navigate through the magnificent dune fields, driving on both sandy and rocky paths to overlook the Atlantic Ocean.
Experience incredible views at every new turn in the trail, plenty of opportunities to view wild camel, goats and lovely wild donkeys. Enjoy a refreshing snack before returning to base.

It’s very important to arrive at the exact tour time you booked!
We’ll brief you about the necessary safety & driving rules (app. 15 min) before dressing up for the tour (Lockers to keep your belongings are available).
Each driver will have around 3 minutes for a test-drive, to get acquainted with the machine before taking off.
After a short drive to the beach, we perform more maneuvers to further enhance machine control. Then we head towards more fun and sight-worthy terrain (dunes etc..). During the tour, we take breaks to take ‘instagrammable’ photos.
We drive back to Palma Quad office & check all photos taken during tour together (Each participant will receive their copies later via email).

Which machine should I book?
Generally, we recommend to choose the Yamaha 125cc as it’s lighter & more suitable for the majority of people, especially small & medium-sized as well as beginners. For experienced drivers and / or tall participants (1,80 m and taller / 6+ feet), we recommend the 350cc.
Is this tour family-friendly?
Yes, it is: Since our tours are private, when you book for a family, we adapt the tour accordingly.
Can I take photographs during the tour?
Our guides will take photos of all participants during the tour & tour breaks (if any). After the ride, we’ll check all photos that were taken during the tour together with the participants (Each participant will receive their copies later via email).
Participants are also free to take photos & videos of themselves with their own devices.

Will you need information from me?
Yes. Please note that all guests are required to show an actual & valid ID as required from us by the government, as well as sign the standard liability waiver.
Can I reschedule / cancel my tour?
Rescheduling:
Yes, you can reschedule your tour booking up to 4 days before the tour date.
After that, each rescheduling may be tied to additional fees, depending on the season & availability of alternative dates at that moment. To reschedule your tour, simply reply to your booking confirmation email stating your desired new date, and we’ll get back to you with the options available at that point of time.
If there is no alternative date at the time you wish to reschedule, your tour will be canceled and the cancellation deadlines below will apply.

Cancellations:
You can cancel your booking anytime. Please note the following *:
– If you cancel 7 or more days before the tour start, we’ll refund you 100% of your payment.
– If you cancel less than 7 days & min. 48 H before the tour start, we’ll refund you 70% of your payment.
– If you cancel less than 48 H before the tour, we’ll refund you 20% of your payment.
* All cancelations due to covid-19 flight cancellations & lockdowns are 100% refundable.
What happens if I don’t arrive on time?
Since we have multiple tours throughout the day, any delay for any tour will unfortunately derail the departure timing for the subsequent tours. This is why, when participants are late we’re obliged to start without them. And because the tour duration was locked-in at the time of the booking, we can’t refund the payment for the missed booking unfortunately.
Similarly, for participants who arrive earlier than the booked time, they will need to await their exact scheduled tour start (as the team is usually still busy with the previous group etc..).
Anything else I should be aware of?
To reduce plastic waste & contribute to the environment protection, we advise our clients to bring their own reusable water bottles that can be filled up at the base (optional).
